I like filling in the edges of a room first before focusing on the central point. The hot tub is basically a rest stop for anytime my WoL would return from a massive adventure, and each time he returns, a new trinket is added.

I saw the Marble Alcove Bed and knew that I wanted to use it in a future build. So, I bought a room in the FC and designed the space around how the bed looked. And I'm satisfied! Other than that, lofts have always been a staple in my housing designs💖

Sadly, I couldn't hang all of my hubby's portraits. One day I will!

✨Cozy winter lodge✨

It's Christmas themed and I wanted a very comfy, warm and cozy log cabin vibe. It was also the first time i experimented with making a window with a "view" of snowy landscape outside within the restriction of the FC room. I wanted the the room visitors to feel like they have entered a different space and not think that it is an FC room layout. I mostly started with the Window scene and Entryway and the rest of the design evolved around that.

Every FC needs a place to lock up those that are considered….in need of proper “correction”. Like say…. a nosy paparazzi rabbit going around checking everyone’s underwear drawers looking for dirt (or skidmark stains).

Don’t mind the puddle of liquid oozing out form the hay bale, or that sulking lalafel in the corner. Make yourself comfortable….for you are here for the long haul.

Note:
Has Gaol wall and door, had make best use of it. Someone in SQE must have overlooked the planning for all furniture items because they gave me all the materials I need to make a nice gaol inclusive of the wonderful orchestrion roll that gives it the ambiance.

But a place to keep prisoners is no place for “dry and clean” state. We need to have a couple of leaky pipes to make their stay even more miserable.

And of course a guard post…just close enough to give them hope…but not close enough that they can reach the key hung on their belt.

I was just trying to learn the ropes of house decorating without floating items. So I followed a tutorial from Kyapuchun! I chose this design because it's quite cozy and modern, but a bit moody at the same time.
